Arduous Negotiations: Truth will prevail, no matter how the oppressor rampages and tyrannizes.
Dr. Khalil Al Hayya, Hamas's Head in Gaza, delivered a speech on the war and famine in Gaza, which included direct calls to the masses of countries neighboring Palestine. He also explained the latest negotiation's progress. The presents of Dr. Khalil Al Hayya and his speeches always soothe the hearts of those who love and support Palestine. Watching Gaza die slowly due to betrayal after betrayal, conspiracy, and abandonment, his words are like medicine for the grieving hearts. Palestine is calling us. Silence today is a crime, not helplessness. Peace be upon you, Gaza, now and forever, at all times and in every moment. Truth will prevail, no matter how the oppressor rampages and tyrannizes.

The immediate and dignifies entry of food and medicine for our people is the only true sign of serious negotiations. The real step is to open the crossings and allow aid to enter in a dignified manner for our people.
In The Name of ALLAH, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
"And those who believed, emigrated, and fought in the cause of ALLAH, and those who gave shelter and aided, they are the True Believers. For them is forgiveness and a noble provision."
Praise be to The LORD of the worlds, The Supporter of the faithful Mujahideen, and The One Who humbles the disbelievers, even if after a while.
May prayers and peace be upon our Master and Prophet, Muhammad Shallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, and upon his family and companions. And now.
To our steadfast people and family in Gaza, the pure ones. Words fall silent before you, losing their meaning, unable to do you justice. You have suffered horrors and endured on this path what an entire nation could not. You were honorable when all was debased, and you rose high when the world fell into deep darkness of silence, betrayal, and humiliation. I find no words to do you justice. Your sacrifices, suffering, cries, and pain are all a sacred trust we bear. We will never betray it as long as we live, ALLAH Willing. Despite it all, you do not despair. ALLAH is With you and will never let your deeds be in vain.
O you who are free, pure, and untainted, you who bear burdens that would crush mountains and that nations have failed to carry. You place your trust in ALLAH alone. And ALLAH is Sufficient for us, and HE is The Best disposer of affairs. ALLAH is sufficient for us as you are being killed. ALLAH is Sufficient for us as you are being displaced. ALLAH is Sufficient for us as you starve. Yet, your will has not bent, nor has your resolved faltered. By ALLAH, how magnificent you are. You are the crowns on our head, the symbol of honor, dignity, and pride.
O sons of the Al-Qassam Brigades and Saraya Al-Quds, and the resistance factions. The heroic operations you are carrying out have surpasses all imagination, and left the world unable to comprehend them, as you make this criminal enemy pay for the terrorism and aggression it commits. Through you valor and the fire of your faith in the David's Stones series of operations, you have thwarted the so-called 'Gideon's Chariot', the largest military operation designed by the zionist enemy and its criminal army to defeat the resistance. It reached a point where the enemy's chief of staff was begging his political leadership for permission to withdraw his forces from the Gaza Strip, covering up his failure with genocide, starvation of our people, and the murder of our children.
Our dear, generous people, alongside your patience and the valor of your resistance, the resistance leadership has dedicated all its tools and relationships over the past 22 months to stop the aggression against Gaza and its people. We engaged in arduous negotiations, always prioritizing our people's interests and sparing their blood. We showed all possible flexibility that didn't compromise our people's principles, and we engaged with the mediators at every stage. In the last round of negotiations, we made clear progress. We reached a broad consensus with what the mediators presented, especially regarding withdrawal, prisoners, and the entry of aid. And they (mediators) conveyed positive responses to us from the zionist occupation. However, we were surprised when the zionist occupation withdrew from the negotiations. The US president's envoy to the Middle East, Witkoff, went along with them in a blatant and transparent move, aimed at stalling for time and committing more genocide against our people. Then, they come back with notes on the agreement we had reached regarding the management of aid distribution and the role of UN and local institutions. The enemy insists on keeping the same aid mechanism which it has turned into death traps that have killed and injured thousands of our people. It also insists on seizing a large area of Rafah, to create an isolation zone for the displaced, paving the way to displace our Palestinian People via Egypt or by sea. This is a blatant, transparent scheme to liquidate our cause. Indeed, we faced with the enemy's rejection of the last round's outcomes, and its attempts at continued blackmail and stalling using negotiation as a cover and a tool for starvation, continuing the war of genocide, and pressuring us to achieve what it failed to achieve on the battlefield through killing and terror.
Let us be clear: there is no point in continuing negotiations under siege, genocide, and the starvation of our children, women, and families in the Gaza Strip. The immediate and dignifies entry of food and medicine for our people is the only true sign of serious negotiations. We will not accept our people, their suffering and the blood of their children becoming victim of the occupation's negotiating ploys and the achievement of its political goals. We also reject the farcical theatrics of so-called airdrops. They are nothing more than propaganda to cover up the crime. The proof is that five airdrops are equivalent to a single small truck. The real step is to open the crossings and allow aid to enter in a dignified manner for our people. This is guaranteed by international law, even in times of war.
Our Arab and Islamic Ummah (nation), our Palestinian people feel a great sense of abandonment. While they face horrors, massacres, and starvation beyond imagination, we see children dying of hunger, men unable to stand, and women weeping from weakness, writhing in hunger. Faced with this, our people cannot understand how our great Ummah, with its vast resources and capabilities, remains helpless before this war of genocide and starvation, unable to get aid, water, and medicine to the dignifies people of Gaza. It is impossible for us to accept this state of abandonment. And our Ummah watches as our people are slaughtered, starved, and killed, exterminated live on air in the most heinous Nazi holocaust of the modern era.
Isn't it time for the Ummah to act? Isn't it time for the Ummah to act to practically break the siege on Gaza? To deliver food, water, and medicine to your folks and your brothers (in Gaza)? Isn't it heartbreaking that the criminal zionist occupier receives unlimited support, while not a single hand reaches out to support our people, not even with food and the necessities of life?
We call on the states and components of the Arab and Islamic nations to sever all forms of political, diplomatic, and commercial ties with the zionist entity. We also call on the masses of the Ummah to express their full rage by all means possible over what is happening in free Gaza. We specifically call on our Arab and Islamic peoples, especially those in countries neighboring Palestina, to march towards Palestine by land and sea, and to besiege embassies, and to enforce economic and tourism boycotts against everything related to the enemy and its interests. Work to isolate it and pursue its leaders, soldiers, and criminals in legal forums.
No doubt, Palestine is calling you. Gaza and its people appeal to your Arab honor and the authenticity of Islam. They await action from you, not just words. For silence today is a crime, not helplessness.
To the scholars and free people of this Ummah: the free women in Gaza are crying out for your help. The wives, mothers, and sisters of the martyrs are carrying empty pots, searching for a few morsels of food for their children. In this pursuit, they endure every kind of hardship and humiliation, even death. While this criminal enemy persist in killing and humiliating them. Have you not heard their cries of "waa islamah" (phrase of hardship)? No doubt, the responsibility on the shoulders of this Ummah's scholars is immense. Therefore, we call on our Ummah's scholar to take their rightful role in leading the masses to confront this criminal enemy.
To our people in Jordan, land of mobilization and steadfastness, our people look to you with great hope and brotherhood. Just as you have sacrificed your lives and blood, and your martyrs have fallen on the borders of Palestine, we urge you to continue your popular uprising, and intensify your efforts to stop this heinous crime, against your brethren and your Holy Sites. And to prevent the zionist right-wing from achieving its "alternative homeland" plan, and the division of Masjid Al-Aqsa.
Our brothers in Egypt, the "kinana", we address you, recognizing the political and social standing of Egypt in our nation and on the world stage. We know you feel the pain of your folks and brothers in Gaza. O people of Egypt! O leaders of Egypt! O army of Egypt! And its clans, its tribes, and its scholars! And its Al-Azhar, its churches, and its elites! Will your brothers in Gaza die of hunger while they are on your borders? And so close to you? The occupation has turned the Rafah crossing into a passage of death, killing, and starvation to carry our its plan to displace our people. It was once a lifeline for our people, so we look with full confidence to great Egypt to have the final say: Gaza will not starve to death! And it will not accept the enemy keeping the Rafah crossing closed to the needs of the people of Gaza!
Our dear Ummah, free people of the world, we stand proudly before the noble initiatives, especially the military and popular support from brotherly Yemen, as well as the important initiatives in the Global Movement, from land and sea marches, the Madleen and Handala Ships, and the first 'steadfastness convoy' from Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya, supported by groups from other countries. All of them rejected the occupation's crimes and decided to break the state of helplessness, to say, "we are with you, People of Gaza, and nothing is impossible with will."
Finally, to our steadfast, patient people in the Gaza Strip: you are owed a great debt by us and by our Ummah. We will remain loyal to you and your sacrifices, with ALLAH's Help. We are all hopeful and certain that this suffering, ALLAH Willing, will end. Truth will prevail, no matter how the oppressor rampages and tyrannizes. We would give our very eyes for you. We would give our souls for you. We would give our blood for you. Peace be upon you, now and forever, at all times and in every moment.
It is a jihad of victory or martyrdom. Peace be upon you, and ALLAH's Grace and Blessings.
