Coping with this genocide
Do not lose heart or despair. If a wound should touch you, there has already touched the opposing people a wound similar to it. And these days of varying conditions We alternate among the people so that Allah might mark out those who are the true men of faith and select from among you those who do really bear witness (to the Truth): for Allah does not love the wrong-doers. How many a Prophet there fought (in Allah's way, in battle), and with him fought large bands of godly men? but they never lost heart due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allāh, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in. And Allah Loves those who are firm and steadfast. All that they said was: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything we may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and give us victory over those who reject the Faith."

COPING WITH THIS GENOCIDE
Our Guardian LORD, The LORD of the heavens and the earth, The Creator of this life, in Whom we place our trust and upon Whom we rely, has revealed to us this Beautiful Promise:
Do not, then, either lose heart or despair: for you shall surely gain the upper hand (superior) if you are true in Faith. (139).
If a wound should touch you, there has already touched the [opposing] people a wound similar to it. And these days [of varying conditions] We alternate among the people so that Allah might mark out those who are the true men of faith and select from among you those who do really bear witness (to the Truth), for Allah does not love the wrong-doers, (140)
and makes mankind go through trials in order that He might purge the believers and blot out those who deny the Truth. (141)
Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while Allāh has not yet made evident those of you who strive hard in His cause and made evident those who remain steadfast? (142)
Certainly, you were longing for death before you had encountered it. Then certainly, now you have faced it, observing it with your own eyes. (143)
Muhammad is no more than a Messenger, and Messengers have passed away before him. If, then, he were to die or be slain will you turn about on your heels? Whoever turns about on his heels can in no way harm Allah; but Allah (on the other hand) will swiftly reward those who (serve Him) with gratitude. (144)
Nor can a soul die except by Allah's leave, the term being fixed as by writing. If any do desire a reward in this life, We shall give it to him; and if any do desire a reward in the Hereafter, We shall give it to him. And swiftly shall We reward those that (serve Us with) gratitude. (145)
How many a Prophet there fought (in Allah's way, in battle), and with him fought large bands of godly men? but they never lost heart due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allāh, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in. And Allah Loves those who are firm and steadfast. (146)
All that they said was: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything we may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those who reject the Faith." (147) 🤲🤲T_T
Thereupon Allah granted them the reward of this world as well as a better reward of the World to Come. Allah loves those who do good. (148)
