"In The Name of ALLAH, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful. 

'And Our Word has already gone forth to Our servants, The Messengers: that they will surely be victorious, and that Our Soldiers will be triumphant. So, turn away from them for a while. And watch them, for they soon will see. Do they seek to hasten Our Punishment? When it descends upon their RABB, dreadful will be the morning for those who were warned.'

Praise be to ALLAH, RABB of the world with intellect, HE, Glory to be HIM, is not heedless of what the wrongdoers do. "And it was our duty to give victory to the Believers." And may prayers and peace be upon Our Prophet Muhammad The Mujahid (Fighter) The Witness, and upon His Family, His Companions, and all who follow His Path of struggle until The Day of Judgement, now then.

To our steadfast, patient, and faithful people in Great Gaza. To the sons and daughters of our people everywhere. To the masses of our Islamic and Arab nation. And to all the free people of the world. Peace, mercy, and blessings of ALLAH be upon you.

Four months have passed since the zionist enemy resumed its barbaric, Nazi aggression against our people and our families in the Gaza Strip, after it treacherously broke its covenants, and went back on the agreement made with the Resistance in January of this year; after lying to mediators and to the world, returning to seek its so-called victory, to continue its sadism against civilians and children,  and to indulge its gangs’ hobby of systematic destruction of neighborhoods, cities, and civilian residential areas, pressing on with this battle and with this brutal war against our people.

Twenty-one months can be summarized by the mountain-like steadfastness of our people's Mujahideen and resistance fighters, and the patience of prophets from our great, proud, and ever-giving people. And by the shame and disgrace of this wicked oppressors, the usurping occupiers. And by the shameful abandonment by brothers in blood, Arabism, and Islam, except for those, by ALLAH's mercy from the truthful, the Mujahideen, and from the oppressed peoples who have no say in their own affairs, and from the free people of the world who are true in their humanity.

In recent months, the enemy announced an operation it called “Gideon’s Chariots,” attempting to project biblical myths in order to confer false sanctity on its racist, nazi battle, which resembles nothing but the deeds of devils and the practices of filthy, cowardly gangs. So, by the power of ALLAH, we confronted this operation, and continue to do through a series of 'Stone David' operations, inspired by ALLAH’s victory for HIS believing servant David (peace be upon him) in his confrontation with the tyrannical and oppressive aggressor, Goliath. So, ALLAH granted our fighters victory and guided their aim by HIS Will. ALLAH was with HIS soldiers, as they repeated with every strike: “And you did not throw when you threw, but it was ALLAH Who threw.”

Thus, our fighters, side by side with the Mujahideen and resistance fighters from our brothers in the Resistance Factions, especially our brothers in Saraya Al-Quds, are engaged in an asymmetric battle, with unparalleled faith and immense strength, and with a resolve that never wavers, through the Power, Grace, and Tawfeeq granted by ALLAH.

During these months, we have caused hundreds of casualties among the enemy’s soldiers, killed and wounded, and thousands have suffered from psychological disorders and trauma. The number of enemy soldiers committing suicide continues to rise, due to the horror of the filthy and bloody acts they commit, and the magnitude of the resistance they face, surrounded by ALLAH’s presence and HIS soldiers.

Our fighters surprise the enemy with new and varied tactics, having learned the lessons from the longest war and confrontation in our people’s history. Our Fighters have carried out unique and heroic special operations, and they continue targeting enemy vehicles with shells and explosive devices, and direct clashes with this enemy, sniping its soldiers and officers, blowing up buildings and tunnel shafts (openings), setting up complex ambushes, and raiding enemy forces.

The world watched our heroes as they mounted the enemy's vehicles in Khan Younis. They got to the the occupying soldiers at point-blank range, and they pursued the criminal soldier who specialized in demolishing civilian homes, eliminated him, and seized his weapon.

In recent weeks, our Fighters attempted several operations to capture zionist soldiers. Some of these operations nearly succeeded, were it not for ALLAH's Will primarily, followed by the enemy’s use of mass killing against its own soldiers suspected of being captured.

Our fighters’ operations have spread from the far north and east of Beit Hanoun and Jabalia in the north of the Strip, through to Tuffah, Shuja’iyya, and Al-Zaytoun in Gaza, all the way to Khan Younis and Rafah, making Gaza’s Resistance the greatest military school for a people’s struggle against its occupiers in modern history.

O our people and our nation, we in the Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, after 21 months of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle and the zionist nazi war against our people, affirm the following:

First, our Fighters and our brothers in the resistance factions are fully prepared to continue a long war of attrition against the occupation forces, regardless of the form of its aggression or its offensive plans. Our fighters have pledged to stand firm and inflict heavy blows on the enemy until the aggression is repelled or we achieve martyrdom.

Our Fighting here is a matter of Principle, an indisputable right, and a sacred religious and national duty. We have no choice but to fight with all our strength, determination, and severe might, with The Help and Support of ALLAH. We will fight with the very stones of this Land and with what we possess of the willpower and believing men who, with few weapons, perform astonishing miracles by The Grace of ALLAH.

The strategy and decision of the Al-Qassam leadership at this stage is to inflict deadly blows against enemy soldiers, and carry out focused, high-impact operations at point-blank range, and pursue the capture of zionist soldiers.

And if the enemy’s terrorist government chooses to continue its war of genocide, then it is also choosing at the moment to continue receiving the coffins of its soldiers and officers. Their tanks will not save them, nor will they protect them from the torrents of death crafted by faithful hands and cast by the hand of ALLAH.

"And they thought their fortresses would protect them from ALLAH, but ALLAH came upon them from where they had not expect and HE cast terror into their hearts."

Secondly, while we are proud of the steadfastness and heroism of our fighters, we are deeply aware of the immense pain and suffering that our bereaved people and our patient families live through, whose pains we live with day by day. Our fulfillment of the duty entrusted to us by our RABB, in resisting and fighting this enemy does not absolve the two-billion-strong nation from its own duty, a duty it has unfortunately abandoned.

Our enemy is supplied by the most powerful oppressive forces in the world with endless convoys of weapons and ammunition, while the regimes and powers of our own Ummati (✍️Islamic nation) watch as their brothers in the Land of Steadfastness are killed by the tens of thousands, starved, and denied water and medicine.

📌We say this to history, with all bitterness and pain, before all the sons and daughters of our nation: O leaders of this Islamic and Arab nation, O its elites and major parties, and O its scholars, you are our adversaries before ALLAH Almighty. You are the adversaries of every orphaned child, every grieving mother, every displaced, homeless, wounded, devastated, and starving person. Your necks are burdened with the blood of tens of thousands of innocents who were betrayed by your silence.

📌This criminal nazi enemy would never have committed this genocide before your very eyes and ears had it not been assured of impunity, guaranteed your silence, and secure in your betrayal. We do not absolve anyone of responsibility for this flowing blood, and we exclude no one who possesses the ability to act, each according to their capacity and influence.

📌By ALLAH, we see nothing but the humiliation and contempt with which the enemy treats our nation, its desecration of it, its rampage in it, and our hearts bleed with pain, because we understand the cowardice, weakness, and disgrace of this enemy, and its true size.

And we understand, before all else, the Divine Truth about it: 'For sure, you are more feared in their hearts than ALLAH.' i

If only it were met with the dignity of Islam from its people! And the lost pride of Arabism. But it is weakness! And ALLAH is sufficient for us, and He is The Best Disposer of affairs.

Is a great, mighty, and glorious nation unable to bring food, water, and medicine to the starving and besieged people of Gaza? And to stop the shedding of their blood which was being shed to terrorize our nation and break it, in order to establish a zionist empire on the land of Arabism and Islam, with your first Qibla as its capital, and the site of your Prophet’s Night Journey (peace be upon him), or perhaps upon its ruins? Then, may the eyes of the cowards never sleep.

On the other hand, we extend our salutations to our great and blessed people in Yemen, The Land of Wisdom and Faith, to their armed forces, and to our truthful brothers of Ansarallah, who astonished the world with their steadfastness and the truthfulness of their stance with Palestine, Gaza, its people, and its fighters. They imposed an effective front on the enemy, which served as a damming indictment of the idle and submissive among the major Arab and Islamic regimes, powers, and parties, some of whom, sadly, have become fronts for injustice, mere sedatives for the people and their free youth, with their  credibility and grand slogans are now being tested by their betrayal and inability to support The Purest and Most Sacred cause of Arabs and Muslims.

Salutations to all the free people in the world who are striving to show solidarity, break the siege, and lift the injustice from our people by all means, ignoring the dangers, betrayals, and attempts at defamation (smear campaigns) by the hypocrites of this nation, who think every outcry is aimed at them.

All initiatives and expressions of solidarity from the free people of the world, whether they succeed or are sabotaged under zionist pressure (dictates), are a source of pride and honor for our people. We call for these efforts to be escalated and continued, and for the exposure of this enemy by every means and in every arena and field.

Third, we fully support the position of the Palestinian resistance delegation in the indirect negotiations with the enemy. In recent months, we have repeatedly offered a comprehensive deal in which we would release all of the enemy’s prisoners at once, but the war criminal Netanyahu and his ministers from the nazi movement rejected this offer.

It has become clear to us they don't care about the captives, since they are soldiers, and that their file is not a priority. They have prepared their public to accept the idea of them all being killed. But, we have insisted on keeping them save as much as possible until now.

We are closely monitoring the ongoing negotiations, and we hope it results in an agreement and a deal that guarantees an end to the war on our people, a withdrawal of occupation forces, and relief for our families. But if the enemy remains stubborn and shirks this round, as they have every time before, then we will not return again to partial deals or the 'ten prisoners' proposal.

Fourth, one of the clearest signs of the zionist failure in confronting the resistance and breaking our people’s will is their resort to dirty solutions, which amount to war crimes, collective punishment, genocide, and ethnic cleansing, all unfortunately, openly backed by the U.S. administration.

They (the enemy) excels in torturing innocents, openly declares their intention to displace people, boasts about systematic destruction as if it were a military achievement, and they present plans to the world for establishing Nazi-style detention camps under the guise of false, deceptive humanitarian pretexts. It is as if this enemy wants to rehash experiences from decades ago (the holocaust), and inflict them upon its enemies with a sadism and criminality that makes Nazism pale in comparison, which demands the entire world to reject these camps. Otherwise, the lie of anti-semitism, which our enemies have fed on for decades, will be a farce and a scandal. It is not our people's fault to pay the price for the psychological complexes of criminal zionism; rather, the zionists must know that the nations' enmity and innate hatred for them is stems from their own actions and crimes against humanity!

Fifht, attempts to use mercenaries and collaborators for the occupation under Arab names are a sign of failure, and a guaranteed recipe for defeat. These collaborators will be nothing but a spent force (Lit: burnt paper), swept away by our people's consciousness and dignity and rejection of treason. And what the enemy spends on them will bring nothing but regret, disaster, and a clear loss for the occupation and its agents, ALLAH willing. We call on these collaborators to repent immediately and return to the embrace of their people before it is too late, when regret will be useless. Otherwise, their end will be tragic and a lesson for every traitor and coward.

We must also express our immense gratitude and pride for the stances taken by the honorable families and clans of our people, who have disavowed this small isolated group of collaborators who represent no one but themselves.

In conclusion, O sons of our great and patient people, O wellspring of the revolution, and O factory of men, O you, who bid farewell, every day, to a luminous caravan of martyrs, O brothers of Prophet Moses, who spoke with Allah, who was harmed by staunchest enemies of ALLAH, yet he confided only in you, (with the words) "No, indeed, my RABB is with me; He will guide me."

O descendants of Yousef (Prophet Joesph) the Truthful, when his own brothers betrayed him and was thrown into the bottom of a well, yet, victory and empowerment came to him. O beloved followers of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who was besieged in the valley, and pursued to the cave, and was forced to retreat to Uhud, but help came to him (peace be upon him) from his RABB: "for ALLAH will be sufficient for you against them."

O brothers of the family of Yasir, when they were tortured for the sake of ALLAH, they were given glad tidings: "Be patience, O family of Yasir, for your Promised Reward is Paradise." Indeed, your steadfastness despite abandonment, your patience, your generosity, and your defiance of oppression and deprivation, are what most enrages your enemies. And this night (dark) will inevitably come to an end, and indeed, victory comes with patience, and relief with distress, and indeed, with hardship comes great ease.

And verily, we kiss the heads of all our great people, the patient, the steadfast, who (are and) will be victorious by the permission of ALLAH, and we offer them our greatest greetings, and share the glad tidings from our RABB, the Exalted: 'To ALLAH belongs the command before and after. And on that day, the believers will rejoice in the victory of ALLAH. He grants victory to whom HE wills, and HE is the Almighty, the Most Merciful.' It is The Promise of ALLAH. ALLAH does not fail in HIS Promise, but most of people do not know. "And ALLAH is in control of HIS affair, yet most people do not know." 

It is a jihad (great struggle) of Victory or Martyrdom.
